We have been very fortunate to have built our first home with Randy and Mariella. We absolutely love our new home! Being new to the home building process we were very naive about all the issues around building a home. We had come to the point where we had gone as far as we knew how to go (which was not very far!). After our initial meeting with Randy and Mariella, we just knew they were the ones for our project. They truly were a godsend after a not so great experience and a shaky start. After retaining Randy and Mariella’s services, they were able to get the project up and running. Randy took control of the interactions with the City and got things unstuck, and Mariella started on the many discussions needed to make a project like ours take-off. We have had the opportunity to work on other kinds of projects and what separates good from great projects is communication. Right from the beginning we were really impressed with the degree of communication from Ellason Signature Homes. From weekly designer meetings to the on-site updates, we always felt like we were in the loop. And unlike some projects, the level of communication didn’t change over time. Another benefit of the communications between us was the timeliness of addressing issues as they arose. Randy was on site daily and was able to point out any issues at an early stage, saving us time and money. With Randy being their daily, we were reassured that he had things under control and was moving the project along. He completed our project in an impressive time frame! As for the building process, Randy’s wealth of building knowledge and Mariella’s organization and design sense work really well together. They just don’t leave you all on your own to make the tough decisions. They are always there to provide opinions and or point you to those experts in the field who can assist. These are definite pluses where any delay is money wasted. Also what was appreciated were their tips and ability to pint us int he right direction to save us money! Finally, they are just genuinely good, honest people. Randy’s work ethic and integrity is second to none. There was never any concern about our project because we knew they were “on it”. They genuinely care about your satisfaction and will do what it takes. Quality, Integrity, Trust – truly works representative of Ellason Signature Homes. I guess the best question to ask when referencing a builder is, “Would you use this person again?” We absolutely would!
