As a local and trusted realtor with 27 years experience I initially felt I could complete this reno project on my own. I have had the pleasure of working with Mariella and her team on 2 separate projects which have resulted in fabulous finished projects that we are so proud of! We could not have done it without Ellason Signatures Homes.
Mariella was able to take our vision and provide her design ideas to create a beautiful ensuite bathroom, dream kitchen and stunning powder room. We initially began a large renovation project with another builder / renovation company which was to encompass the basement and the main floor. The project quickly turned into a nightmare as a result of poor judgement, bad decisions and an obvious lack of experience which ultimately led to the firing of this company.
The search began for a company that could pick up the pieces and take over. That search led us to Ellason Signature Homes. Randy assessed the work that had been done to date and quickly identified mistakes that had been made with the framing and the plumbing while Mariella began to source materials that resulted in great cost savings. It was apparent right from the outset, and demonstrated throughout the project, that Randy and Mariella really care about the work they do. We always felt that they treated our home like they would treat their own – with care and attention.
All of the trades that came in to perform work showed that same level of care and pride in their work. They clearly wanted to do things right the first time. We never got a sense that they were rushing through the work just to get it done. They were also very respectful and polite, understanding that this was not just a job site, it was our home, and we were living through the renovation.
With the project complete, we are 100% happy and satisfied with the results. Randy and Mariella remained accountable all the way through to the end, ensuring that any minor deficiencies were dealt with in a timely fashion. We thank you, and your team, for the quality of workmanship, and we would not hesitate to recommend your services to others.

My house is fabulous, more than I expected.
I am not keen on building a new house by my own at the beginning. I know you will be invited to a non-stop super long distance flight with different kind of turbulences. The good thing is if the captain and Deputy are Mariella and Randy, along with their diligent crew, you will enjoy this journey indeed. Sounds like ad but literally this is what I feel like when I am ready to be out of the cabin right now.
I was introduced by one of my best friends couple to Ellason Enterprises Inc. The comments I grabbed were simple but convincing-they are with full integrity and best quality control. I’d rather keep the same praise, for my understanding, these are the key points to run business in this field. In particular for my case, I know how crazy I am for the details and zero tolerant for the flaws, I’d like to say they care those more than me. With their expertise, they solved all which I call it as customer satisfaction.
Covid 19 makes the journey even longer than we expected, gives me joyful chance to communicate more with Mariella and Randy, makes us become close friends each other. Telling them rather to be their next follower to build a new house after 2 decades, I will absolutely not be the partner with them to run the same business. They work day and night plus weekend. Too boring and tired for my acknowledge but looks like both of them are loving to do it again and again.
I will whistle and applaud, keep an eye on their next generation that has been recruited with excellent behavior and positive motivation. Best wish that their business will be evergreen.

Over several months, we watched this home being built and were delighted that our previous property sold and enabled us to make this Ellason property our home. Building a custom home provides an exciting opportunity to realize a deeply personal vision but also comes with many challenges. We have now been in our new home for six months and could not be happier. Our adventure building our first home together was nerve racking at first. Finding a lot, selling our family home, organizing temporary housing, and researching/interviewing various builders to put our investment and new family home into someone else’s hands was daunting.
Very early in the process it was evident that we made the right choice with our builder and that continued to after the build was complete. Mariella and Randy delivered a beautiful home with honesty and integrity throughout the process. Furthermore, they both showed a passion and caring for our project even though they have built many homes before ours. Even after our build was over they were very hands on and available for all loose ends.
Being it was our first time building we very unfamiliar with all the aspects involved with building protocols, city requirements and such. They both were very generous with their time explaining and answering any questions we had along the way.
We also have to mention that all the trades people that they used were very professional, respectful and great to work with as well. This made what can be a very stressful project very enjoyable for the both of us. From the demolition/excavation crew, framers, electricians, heating/gas crew, tiler, finishers, plumbers, landscapers, stone mason, labour crew, etc, etc…..everyone was great. Most of these people were from family run business that you could tell had a lot of pride in their name and their work. Much like Randy and Mariella.
