Port Moody


I would like to take this opportunity to thank and commend Mariella and Randy for their great work in building my house in Port Moody.

The house was built with very good quality. To give some examples, after the framing was done, when the window company came and did the measurements, all window openings were exactly as indicated on the drawing. Our front yard was always kept tidy, each time I talked to my neighbour they were happy with the crew. The testing colour for the walls was off by a little, Mariella noticed this during an evening walk-through, and called the painter right away. Being an engineer myself, I know that it’s those small details that gives good quality to any product.

We met Mariella and Randy after we went to one of their new houses and we liked what we saw. We then had a meeting with Mariella and Randy on potentially building a new home for us. We had no experience on building houses, and we had never talked to any other builder. It was in this meeting that we felt that they were honest and trustworthy people, so we decided to go ahead and proceed with designing and building the house. Our choice has been proven right. Both Mariella and Randy took our best interest to their hearts, and this was reflected throughout the project. There were many decisions to be made, but we were able to still focus on our own daily work knowing that our house was in good and capable hands.

Building the house has been an adventurous, overwhelming and daunting at the beginning, but also an enjoyable experience. I am glad and grateful that I had both Mariella and Randy taking care of this for us. Should the opportunity arise that we build our second home, I have no doubt that I would pick team Ellason again.
