Home Warranty

Every Ellason Signature Home is covered by a Pacific Home Warranty. Rest assured you are in good hands with Pacific Home Warranty. Each Warranty Member Builder must pass an extensive membership approval process that includes detailed financial underwriting, a review of the Member’s technical qualifications, an investigation of the Member’s customer service history and a collection of multiple references. It would be impossible for you as a potential client to learn this much about Ellason Signature Homes, but thanks to the Pacific Home Warranty underwriting process this work has all been done for you.

We initially began a large renovation project with another builder / renovation company which was to encompass the basement and the main floor. The project quickly turned into a nightmare as a result of poor judgement, bad decisions and an obvious lack of experience which ultimately led to the firing of this company.

The search began for a company that could pick up the pieces and take over. That search led us to Ellason Signature Homes. Randy assessed the work that had been done to date and quickly identified mistakes that had been made with the framing and the plumbing while Mariella began to source materials that resulted in great cost savings. It was apparent right from the outset, and demonstrated throughout the project, that Randy and Mariella really care about the work they do. We always felt that they treated our home like they would treat their own – with care and attention.

All of the trades that came in to perform work showed that same level of care and pride in their work. They clearly wanted to do things right the first time. We never got a sense that they were rushing through the work just to get it done. They were also very respectful and polite, understanding that this was not just a job site, it was our home, and we were living through the renovation.

With the project complete, we are 100% happy and satisfied with the results. Randy and Mariella remained accountable all the way through to the end, ensuring that any minor deficiencies were dealt with in a timely fashion.
