Every Ellason Signature Home is covered by a Pacific Home Warranty. Rest assured you are in good hands with Pacific Home Warranty. Each Warranty Member Builder must pass an extensive membership approval process that includes detailed financial underwriting, a review of the Member’s technical qualifications, an investigation of the Member’s customer service history and a collection of multiple references. It would be impossible for you as a potential client to learn this much about Ellason Signature Homes, but thanks to the Pacific Home Warranty underwriting process this work has all been done for you.

My house is fabulous, more than I expected.
I am not keen on building a new house by my own at the beginning. I know you will be invited to a non-stop super long distance flight with different kind of turbulences. The good thing is if the captain and Deputy are Mariella and Randy, along with their diligent crew, you will enjoy this journey indeed. Sounds like ad but literally this is what I feel like when I am ready to be out of the cabin right now.
I was introduced by one of my best friends couple to Ellason Enterprises Inc. The comments I grabbed were simple but convincing-they are with full integrity and best quality control. I’d rather keep the same praise, for my understanding, these are the key points to run business in this field. In particular for my case, I know how crazy I am for the details and zero tolerant for the flaws, I’d like to say they care those more than me. With their expertise, they solved all which I call it as customer satisfaction.
Covid 19 makes the journey even longer than we expected, gives me joyful chance to communicate more with Mariella and Randy, makes us become close friends each other. Telling them rather to be their next follower to build a new house after 2 decades, I will absolutely not be the partner with them to run the same business. They work day and night plus weekend. Too boring and tired for my acknowledge but looks like both of them are loving to do it again and again.
I will whistle and applaud, keep an eye on their next generation that has been recruited with excellent behavior and positive motivation. Best wish that their business will be evergreen.
