We want to make your home one-of-a-kind! At Ellason Signature Homes we know that building your dream home is more than owning a piece of real estate. It’s about collaboratively designing an original piece of art that cannot be replicated. That is why we NEVER use stock plans.
Our Design Consultant will meet with you and together you will answer questionnaires to determine what is your “personal style” and what is your “dream home.” She will go room by room giving you design ideas until your house is a perfect reflection of “you and your lifestyle”. We will then draw up your plans and review them until perfection is met. But the designing does not end when the plans are done. Every client has the designer throughout the building process and she will set up a weekly walk through to discuss and answer any questions you may have.
As well, Ellason Signature Homes is here to service all aspects of the building process. We hold wholesale accounts for wallpaper, window coverings and furniture in which our clients are privileged to our direct pricing. Our Designer also works with local artists, to help you put the finishing touches in your home.

My house is fabulous, more than I expected.
I am not keen on building a new house by my own at the beginning. I know you will be invited to a non-stop super long distance flight with different kind of turbulences. The good thing is if the captain and Deputy are Mariella and Randy, along with their diligent crew, you will enjoy this journey indeed. Sounds like ad but literally this is what I feel like when I am ready to be out of the cabin right now.
I was introduced by one of my best friends couple to Ellason Enterprises Inc. The comments I grabbed were simple but convincing-they are with full integrity and best quality control. I’d rather keep the same praise, for my understanding, these are the key points to run business in this field. In particular for my case, I know how crazy I am for the details and zero tolerant for the flaws, I’d like to say they care those more than me. With their expertise, they solved all which I call it as customer satisfaction.
Covid 19 makes the journey even longer than we expected, gives me joyful chance to communicate more with Mariella and Randy, makes us become close friends each other. Telling them rather to be their next follower to build a new house after 2 decades, I will absolutely not be the partner with them to run the same business. They work day and night plus weekend. Too boring and tired for my acknowledge but looks like both of them are loving to do it again and again.
I will whistle and applaud, keep an eye on their next generation that has been recruited with excellent behavior and positive motivation. Best wish that their business will be evergreen.
