Coquitlam
We have now been in our new home for six months and could not be happier. Our adventure building our first home together was nerve racking at first. Finding a lot, selling our family home, organizing temporary housing, and researching/interviewing various builders to put our investment and new family home into someone else’s hands was daunting.
Very early in the process it was evident that we made the right choice with our builder and that continued to after the build was complete. Mariella and Randy delivered a beautiful home with honesty and integrity throughout the process. Furthermore, they both showed a passion and caring for our project even though they have built many homes before ours. Even after our build was over they were very hands on and available for all loose ends.
Being it was our first time building we very unfamiliar with all the aspects involved with building protocols, city requirements and such. They both were very generous with their time explaining and answering any questions we had along the way.
We also have to mention that all the trades people that they used were very professional, respectful and great to work with as well. This made what can be a very stressful project very enjoyable for the both of us. From the demolition/excavation crew, framers, electricians, heating/gas crew, tiler, finishers, plumbers, landscapers, stone mason, labour crew, etc, etc…..everyone was great. Most of these people were from family run business that you could tell had a lot of pride in their name and their work. Much like Randy and Mariella.
